I am against spankings
except as a last resort.
Children, who act
rather than think,
sometimes need
a reminder
on their butts
that they are making
bad decisions
that could have
serious repercussions
and perhaps
permanent repercussions
in their lives.
You don't spank a child
for not eating his peas,
but if he keeps
pulling out his little pecker
and peeing in public
despite stern reprimands,
a whack on the ass
never hurt anyone.
